Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of all data associated with your ChatoMate account at any time:

1. In the ChatoMate dashboard, open Connect Accounts and click Disconnect on your account. This removes your connected Pages, Instagram accounts, and the associated access tokens.
2. To request complete deletion of all your data, email info@donishsoft.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the Facebook account you used. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
3. You can also remove ChatoMate at Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, which triggers automatic deletion of the data we hold for you.
