ChatoMate ("we", "our", "the Service"), operated by DonishSoft, provides social-media automation that helps businesses manage and respond to comments and messages on their Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts.

1. Information We Collect

When you connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts to ChatoMate using Facebook Login, with your explicit consent we access and store:

• Your Facebook profile name and ID
• Your Facebook Pages and their access tokens
• Linked Instagram professional account details (username, ID, follower count, media)
• Comments and direct messages on your connected Pages and Instagram accounts
• Subscriber/contact information needed to deliver automated replies

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information solely to provide the Service: to read incoming comments and messages, to send automated and manual replies on your behalf, and to display your conversations and analytics in your dashboard. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. Access tokens are used only to call Meta's APIs on your behalf and are never shared with third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) as required to operate the Service, or when required by law.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You may disconnect your accounts at any time, which stops all data processing. To request deletion of your data, see our Data Deletion Instructions or contact us.
